  • Your generous support makes our work possible, see our latest Impact Report.

  • A tax-deductible stock donation transfer from your brokerage account to El Nido Family Centers is easy.

    If your stock has appreciated, there are no capital gains taxes to pay!

    Let your broker know you are doing a “transfer in kind” and fill out our Stock Donation form.

  • If you are 70 ½ or older, and have a traditional IRA, you can transfer up to $100,000 per year to charitable organizations.

    ​

    Because your donation (up to $100,000) is not counted as income, you will not incur income taxes on this portion of your withdrawal.

    ​

    An IRA charitable contribution counts toward your Required Minimum Distribution.

    Please consult your Tax advisor or IRA Administrator for more information, and to see if this option is right for you.
